Warmth Collection • 2
Story of Warmth:
The inspiration for these paintings was sparked during a dark time. The Caldor and Dixie fires were ravaging the Sierra’s and I felt it deeply. As a heart forward person, I truly listen when people share their struggles and these fires were shaking the communities of South Lake Tahoe, Echo Lake, Almador, and many more. People I know personally were affected.
So, as we were forced inside due to poor air quality, the Warmth Collection was born. I see these paintings as a symbol of rebirth and as a way to shine light onto the more difficult times in life. The heartfelt messages I use were started as a way to spread love and hope. Overtime, I also see some of these as celebration, perhaps in overcoming the hard times we all face.
Uses:
• Send some sunshine to a friend in need
• Thank someone for shining light into your heart
